Being Prepared for Your Move
When booking an appointment after 10 am, please be available from an hour before the scheduled appointment time up to an hour after. Our movers sometimes run early and need to be able to continue their momentum in order to avoid traffic and other setbacks they may encounter during the day. In the event that you are not able to make it an hour before the scheduled appointment time, please make that explicitly clear when scheduling your appointment so that our movers can plan ahead. If they find out the day of your appointment, there is a strong likelihood that you will need to be rescheduled for another day. Since our schedule is normally booked out a week or more in advance, it could delay your appointment significantly.
*Note* Moving is part of the service industry. Like other services, our movers do accept tips if offered. Tipping is at the sole discretion of our customers; it is in no way expected or obligatory. Feel free to call our office if you have questions.
