There is a Cancellation Policy: Customers will be charged a fee of $150.00 - $200.00 for any cancellations or changes made within two business days of their appointment time. Rescheduling during this window is the same as cancelling. We are open Monday through Friday. Therefore, if you are scheduled on Monday, we would need to know the Wednesday before your appointment if there were any changes. For Tuesday appointments, we’d need to know by the preceding Thursday and Wednesday appointments we’d need to know by the preceding Friday. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointments with us.
Being Prepared for Your Move
Our company is introducing a new policy in order to improve our efficiency in serving our customers. When booking an appointment after 10 am, please be available from an hour before the scheduled appointment time up to an hour after. Our movers sometimes run early and need to be able to continue their momentum in order to avoid traffic and other setbacks they may encounter during the day. In the event that you are not able to make it an hour before the scheduled appointment time, please make that explicitly clear when scheduling your appointment so that our movers can plan ahead. If they find out the day of your appointment, there is a strong likelihood that you will need to be rescheduled for another day. Since our schedule is normally booked out a week or more in advance, it could delay your appointment significantly.
*Note* Moving is part of the service industry. Like other services, our movers do accept tips if offered. Tipping is at the sole discretion of our customers; it is in no way expected or obligatory. Feel free to call our office if you have questions.
